The One Workforce Hub aids Airedale NHS Foundation Trust in recruiting locally and support Bradford’s economy. As well as this, the One Workforce Hub will provide a range of tools for Our People to develop their skills and develop in their field of expertise.

Keighley College aims to provide their students with the best tools to thrive in their chosen careers. The One Workforce Hub will allow them to support their students that wish to enter the health and social care sector.
Skills for Care support and empower social care employers, leaders and the wider workforce to ensure there are the right number of people in the workforce, with the right skills and behaviours to provide safe and quality care. The One Workforce Hub will support this by aiding in recruitment and retention of care staff.
As a social care commissioner and provider the Council are keen supporters of stronger connections and career opportunities across health and social care. The One Workforce Hub will be a fantastic resource to support people from all our communities to contribute to the sector.
The Bradford District Assembly membership is involved at all levels from communities to strategic planning. The members aim to deliver local solutions and build personal relationships. One Workforce Hub will ensure that they can remain integrated with the workforce.
The Primary Care Workforce & Training Hub will work with the One Workforce Hub to provide tools and information on routes into a career in primary care, and to support practices to identify opportunities and find the right people from our area to fulfil these roles.
