Health & Social Care are joining Skills Month this year!
Skills Month is the coming together of different industries and sectors to support, nurture and inspire future talent in the Bradford district. Bradford Manufacturing Weeks and Tech Week are well established, but this year we have the opportunity to engage young people in the opportunities within the Health & Social Care and Culture sectors. Across the month, businesses from all over the district will open their doors for young people to learn about new career options and the skills needed for these areas.
The main event will be the Health & Social Care Careers Fair on 11th October, but other events relevant to Health & Social Care will also occur at other times during the month. Organisers have ensured that both Health & Social Care are well-represented at the fair so that the young people in the District can learn what a wider range of careers in the sector can offer.
