Leadership and management development

Whether you are looking to take your first steps as an aspiring manager, or you are an experienced manager looking to develop your knowledge and skills, it is important that you take time out to develop yourself.

We are working with colleagues across the health and social care sector and with our local colleges and university to develop a leadership and management development pathway. The aim is to make it easier for you to navigate your way around the range of courses and qualifications that are available, so that you find the right one for you.

The leadership and management development pathway will include a range of development opportunities and accredited qualifications that will be suitable for people at different points in their career, ranging from aspiring managers through to director level development.
